Waterproof patch cord

The WP-AD-1/2 is an IP68-rated waterproof assembly specially designed for outdoor network cables, providing full rear sealing protection for RJ45 patch cords. This split-type unit consists of waterproof nuts, sealing gaskets and main crimping parts. Tightening the nut compresses the gasket to form a waterproof seal between the cable and connector. It is widely used for cable protection in outdoor surveillance, industrial equipment, communication cabinets and other scenarios.

Product Features

• High-grade Waterproof Sealing: The silicone gasket delivers IP68 dustproof and waterproof performance after compression, effectively blocking rain, moisture and dust to protect cable connectors and device ports.
• Split-type Structure for Easy Installation: The detachable design allows the cable to be threaded through the assembly first. Standard crystal heads can be crimped before final assembly, without altering conventional termination procedures and enabling fast on-site installation.
• Wide Compatibility: Fits standard Cat.5e and Cat.6 patch cords as well as regular RJ45 crystal heads. No customized connectors are required for waterproof retrofitting.
• Weather-resistant Materials: The main body is made of high-strength anti-aging engineering plastic, and the gasket adopts temperature-resistant rubber. It features excellent UV and corrosion resistance, and will not crack or age during long-term outdoor use.
• Simple & Reliable Installation: Sealed via threaded tightening with no special tools needed for high working efficiency. The compact structure does not affect normal plugging and unplugging of connectors.
