Mold Workshop

Our self-owned mold workshop runs a full-lifecycle closed-loop management system covering mold development, operation, maintenance and repair. Digital records and attached product samples simplify trial production, comparison and maintenance. Adopting advanced dry ice cleaning free of chemical residues, we preserve mold precision and service life. Reliable mold production lays a solid foundation for stable mass manufacturing of all structured cabling items.

Intelligent Molding Workshop

Our molding workshop houses 20 professional injection molding machines linked to the MES intelligent system for digital full-process control, traceable data and smart scheduling. Equipped with centralized feeding and on-machine powder treatment, it guarantees consistent dimensional accuracy and uniform quality. Large-scale automated injection molding delivers steady, efficient production support for our full line of structured cabling products.

Automatic Keystone Jack Lines

We operate 9 fully automated keystone jack production units, each equipped with 8 HD vision cameras to integrate assembly and 100% continuity testing for complete unmanned manufacturing. Each machine delivers an hourly output of 1,000 pieces; interlinked equipment forms a large-scale intelligent production matrix. Vision-based inspection eradicates human error, pairing high-volume output with rigorous quality control. This guarantees precise dimensions, uniform batches and reliable lead times, supplying cost-effective keystone jacks to worldwide customers.

Automatic Patch Panel Line

Our industry-leading all-in-one patch panel machine is fitted with 8 HD vision cameras, integrating automated forming and 100% continuity testing for one-stop unmanned production. It hits a standard output of 120 pieces per hour. High-precision visual inspection eliminates human errors, balancing high-speed mass production and zero-defect control. It greatly improves dimensional accuracy, productivity and delivery stability to supply premium patch panels worldwide.
